This role will contribute to the overall success and adoption of capability within the ServiceNow platform. As a driven individual you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and problems, then designing solutions that are in line with platform governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties

- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and problems, then designing solutions that are in line with platform governance
- Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Consulting with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions
- Executing technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow lead and Subject Matter Expert
