About the role
Do numbers excite you more than vanity metrics? Can you tell the difference between a campaign that looks good and one that actually performs? If you've spent the last 1.5 to 3 years living inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do
- Own live campaigns end to end on Google Ads and Meta Ads, from setup and audience targeting to bidding, budget allocation, and daily optimisation
- Manage real client budgets across multiple accounts and industries, and make independent calls on what to scale, pause, or test, not just execute someone else's plan
- Dig into performance data daily, including CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, and turn those numbers into clear next steps rather than just reports
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and ad copy to keep improving performance, and document what works so it can be reused across accounts
- Brief and work closely with the design and content team on ad creatives and copy, reviewing drafts with a performance lens so they actually stop the scroll and convert
