About the role
The Polaris programme is a 3-year global finance transformation initiative designed to standardise finance processes, modernise technology, and strengthen Flutter's operating model through the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
What you'll do
- Support the Global Finance Training Lead in executing the overall learning and enablement strategy for the Polaris programme
- Lead and develop a team of instructional designers and training developers
- Own the instructional design strategy , applying adult learning principles and best practices to create engaging, role-based learning experiences
- Establish and maintain content governance, quality standards, and development frameworks across all learning assets
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of learning content, including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, videos, simulations, user guides
