About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Flutter Entertainment India This role will involve 360 recruitment, supporting across FEI. The TA Specialist will be resourceful and passionate about building a hiring culture, a brand ambassador and advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion.
What you'll do
- Partnering with corporate hiring managers to understand hiring needs, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, networking
- Uses internal and external data and market intelligence to build attraction plans
- Through creating engaging and effective content and outreach, work to build talent pools of fully screened and tested candidates
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate & hiring manager experience
