About the role
We are seeking two highly motivated Senior Business Analysts to join the Finance Operations team, supporting a portfolio of strategic Finance transformation initiatives. These roles will play a key part in delivering process improvements, system implementations, and operating model changes that enhance efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making across the business.
What you'll do
- Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and automation
- Support the development and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs), processes, and workflows across Group functions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements-gathering activities
