About the role
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the UK and Europe business, providing analysis and insight to enable effective decision-making. Own the coordination and delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery.
What you'll do
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Coordinate the annual budget and regular forecast processes, managing inputs, timelines, and planning models
- Own the production and review of forecast updates, including variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts
- Manage and review financial models for scenario analysis, planning assumptions, and decision support
