About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Production Analyst Developer to join our Production Support function in Pune. This is a hands ‑ on, code ‑ focused role for engineers who enjoy working close to live systems and taking ownership of real production issues.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve production issues through code ‑ level debugging, log analysis, workflow tracing, and SQL data analysis
- Identify root causes of recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes via code or configuration changes
- Deliver fixes end ‑ to ‑ end, including implementation, validation, and regression testing
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality and prevent regressions
- Design and build small automations, scripts, or tooling to reduce manual operational effort
