About the role
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Technical Reviewer to join our Organic Certification division to help ensure our inspection and certification programmes run correctly and efficiently, overseeing the full certification process from application review through to the final certification decision.
What you'll do
- Review NPOP, USDA-NOP and EU audit documents
- Facilitate and ensure the correct execution of the certification process from start to finish
- Conduct application reviews and secondary reviews of projects
- Implement new or updated documents, both internally and externally
- Manage client relations, including marketing, offers, filing, and checking returned offers
