CMS Manager

About the role

The role manages operational delivery across cross-functional partners and translates requirements into clear plans that balance deadlines, available capacity, technical requirements, and quality standards. A key part of the role is providing clear ownership and direction for CMS operations, particularly those delivered through WordPress.

What you'll do

• Operational Planning & Delivery
• Oversee delivery across assigned business areas, including CMS and WordPress activity, aligning execution with business priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations
• Assess incoming demand against available capacity, prioritize work, and identify risks or dependencies that could affect delivery
• Coordinate complex updates, launches, migrations, and recurring operational workflows within WordPress and other relevant systems
• Act as a key point of contact for partners across Editorial, SEO, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
