What you'll do

• Working closely with senior HR leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll turn strategic priorities into coordinated plans, bring the right people together
• Help leaders make informed decisions, address barriers early, and deliver changes that improve HR processes, capabilities, and ways of working
• Lead strategic HR initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem and shaping the approach through planning, implementation, adoption, and outcome measurement
• Partner with senior HR leaders to identify problem statements, determine root causes, develop recommendations, evaluate trade-offs
