Forms+Surfaces is looking for Project Sales Coordinator to join our team!
What you'll do
- Responsible for end to end inside sales coordination management
- Study and prepare customer tenders, BOQ estimation and bidding documents
- Providing sales support to sales team by preparing quotations, detailed technical proposals, purchase orders into sales order and getting approvals from customer: PO
- Co-ordinate among sales team, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to facilitate orders entry, production & dispatch etc
- Maintaining good relationships with customers by working closely with the sales team. Interact with customers on progress of order and resolve complaints
