About the role
We are seeking a dedicated team player to join our IT department as an IT Helpdesk / Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have over 2 - 3 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in IT service support, remote support, and system administration.
What you'll do
- Active Directory & User Management: Manage users, groups, and computers in Active Directory, including creating accounts, resetting passwords, enabling/disabling access
- Email & Communication Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook, MS Teams etc. Security & Patch Management: Maintain application updates
