The Professional Services Program Manager works with clients and partners remotely and/or onsite on engagements of medium and large complexity. Program managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.
What you'll do
- Builds relationships to understand the needs and requirements of the customer's project
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities - ensures resource availability and allocation in alignment with project plans
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
