APAC Total Rewards Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Total Rewards & Benefits Specialist, APAC to join HR Shared Services. You will have experience of working in a global HR Shared Services with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within the APAC region.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs (i.e. onboarding and off boarding employees), including compensation, benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data related to compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit payments, deductions and contributions are processed timely and accurately
• Responsible for data and pay inputs that will feed into Payroll and other downstream systems (internal and external). To include data corrections
• Data error management and resolution between systems to ensure accurate outputs and processing. Provide clear and timely communication to end users and stakeholders
