About the role
As Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of our SaaS platform, ensuring proven software architecture and engineering best practices. Prospective candidates must have extensive experience building software as a service (SaaS) with .NET and React, and experience leading teams in these technologies.
What you'll do
- Own commitments and delivery outcomes for the team(s), ensuring predictable and high-quality execution
- Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the .NET back end and React front end, including architecture, modernization and technical-debt management
- Translate product and business goals into clear technical deliverables and execution plans
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, productive environment
- Monitor delivery and service-health metrics (velocity, quality, reliability, performance, cost) and take corrective action when needed
