About the role
This role is central to supporting and advancing our global ServiceNow environment, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the integrity, completeness, and security of configuration data. Candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of ITOM, CMDB and CSDM, applying robust controls to ensure configuration data quality and accuracy across multiple sources
- Design and implement ServiceNow Application Mapping to visualize and manage relationships between infrastructure components and business applications
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, especially those that enhance ITOM, CMDB, and Vulnerability Management capabilities
- Define and enforce CMDB governance & data quality standards
- Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation
