About the role
As a ServiceNow HR Developer at Fortive, you will support the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions that enable HR teams and employees to efficiently manage HR services. You will work closely with senior developers, product owners, and HR stakeholders to deliver features within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
What you'll do
- Support the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions that enable HR teams and employees to efficiently manage HR services
- Work closely with senior developers, product owners, and HR stakeholders to deliver features within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform
- Contribute to development efforts, participate in platform administration activities, and help maintain employee-facing experiences that improve service delivery
- Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD functionality, including Employee Service Center, Case and Knowledge Management, Onboarding and Transitions
- Support day-to-day ServiceNow administration activities, including upgrades, releases, and maintenance tasks
