About the role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support Provation and Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) in Bangalore. You’ll be a trusted advisor to site and business leaders. The role shapes talent, organization, and culture strategies that support business growth, while making sure HR runs well and stays compliant across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Partner with site and business leaders to understand their priorities and turn them into people strategies and action plans
- Act as a thought partner on organization design, workforce planning, and change management
- Use people data and insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and bring clear recommendations to leaders
- Represent the Bangalore site in global HR forums so local needs shape broader programs
