About the role
The Tech Lead, Growth Technology is an individual contributor role in Information Technology responsible for the technical ownership, support, and improvement of Accruent’s marketing and commercial technology platforms, with a front-and-center focus on building practical AI models, AI-enabled projects, and automation solutions that improve how commercial teams operate.
What you'll do
- Build, test, and iterate on AI models, AI agents, workflows, and related projects that solve practical business problems across marketing, sales, channel
- Administer and support HubSpot, including workflows, forms, properties, permissions, lifecycle processes, lead routing, and Salesforce synchronization
- Own technical support and improvements for commercial technology platforms such as ZoomInfo, RingLead, Allbound, and related tools
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data flow issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes
- Support and improve data quality processes, including enrichment, normalization, deduplication, field mapping, and governance
