We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants across the USA staffing market. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bench sales, vendor management, rate negotiation, consultant marketing, and client coordination within the US staffing ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
