About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our UK Finance team based in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the FP&A function, supporting financial planning, reporting, performance analysis, and business improvement activities.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and FP&A Managers to deliver insightful financial and operational analysis that supports business decision-making
- Support the production and continuous improvement of monthly reporting packs, KPI reporting, and recurring management information for senior stakeholders
- Assist with data quality, data-cleansing, and reconciliation activities across financial and people-related datasets, improving the accuracy, consistency
- Support workforce and FTE reporting, including the preparation of reporting packs and analysis to support business planning and performance management
- Maintain and enhance reporting models, datasets, and Power BI dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and actionable
