Financial Planning Operations – Operations Executive (Senior)

About the role

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Financial Planning Operations team. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating between different central and regional teams, and supporting the operations team in achieving their goals.

What you'll do

• Organise meetings and workshops for operations-related projects
• Organise and take minutes for Operational forums and committees
• Gather feedback and perform analysis
• Update the organisation chart for joiners and leavers
• Manage the Operations team mailbox, resolving or forwarding queries as required
