About the role
As an IT Audit Manager, you will take full ownership of IT External Audit engagements, leading delivery from planning through to reporting. You will be accountable for quality, risk coverage, stakeholder management, financial performance, and team leadership across multiple concurrent engagements.
What you'll do
- This role requires a professional who operates with Senior Manager readiness, commercially aware, technically credible, and capable of developing high-performing teams
- Experience should be 6 to 8 years in IT Audit. Oversee a team of 12-14 junior team members all based in Pune
- Lead and direct multiple IT External Audit engagements across France-based clients
- Own engagement planning, including scope definition, risk assessment, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Monitor budget versus actuals and proactively address financial variances
