About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategically focused professional to join our Learning & Talent Development team as a Learning Design & Digital Enablement Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of our firm’s capability and transformation agenda, responsible for shaping and delivering learning design strategy, capability architecture, and high‑quality learning experiences across all service lines.

What you'll do

• Responsible for shaping and delivering learning design strategy, capability architecture, and high‑quality learning experiences across all service lines
• Lead a high‑performing team of designers to deliver scalable, outcome‑led solutions that go beyond standalone programmes and drive sustained capability growth
• Play a central role in ensuring learning is aligned to measurable outcomes
• Shape demand, challenge assumptions, and ensure learning interventions address genuine business needs and deliver tangible impact
• Ensure the deliberate and responsible use of digital, media and AI‑enabled tools to enhance learning design quality, efficiency, and excellence in provision
