About the role
The Workday Support Team Finance Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, control and continuous improvement of Workday Financials across Core Financials, Procure-to-Pay, PSA and finance-related data management.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership and Service Management
- Lead, coach and coordinate a team of three Workday finance support specialists covering data and reporting, PSA and Core Financials
- Allocate work, monitor workload, manage priorities and ensure support activity is delivered in line with agreed SLAs, governance and business priorities
- Act as the first escalation point for complex finance support issues, aged tickets, service risks and competing priorities
- Use case trends, ticket volumes and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities, training needs and areas for product optimisation
