What you'll do
- Configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modules
- Building and maintaining scalable solutions that improve user experience and process efficiency
- Partnering with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver system improvements
- Managing production changes in line with HRIS governance and compliance standards
- Supporting and resolving Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis and problem solving
