Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst (BA) will serve as a vital bridge between clients and the software development team. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring that the final software product aligns with client expectations and business goals. The BA will facilitate clear communication, foster mutual understanding, and support the development team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Use interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis to extract functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare comprehensive Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
• Maintain traceability matrices, use case diagrams, and process flows to support clarity and completeness
• Translate business requirements into technical language for developers
