Field Marketing Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We’re looking for an execution-driven Field Marketing Specialist to run events, webinars and field programs, primarily across India with support for APMEA. You’ll run the show end-to-end, from planning and delivery through follow-up, reporting and learnings, and build the foundations that let every campaign and event execute smoothly.

What you'll do

• Support the execution of physical, virtual and third-party events, roundtables and webinars, from concept to post-event follow-up, with a focus on high engagement and ROI
• As you grow in the role, you’ll take on a bigger part in planning and strategic discussions for in-region activity
• Own the operational side: manage budgets, timelines, and vendors and agencies, from vendor PR paperwork and POs through to invoices
• Work jointly with Marketing Operations on campaign setup, lead and attendee uploads, and Salesforce tracking, so leads reach Sales promptly
• Work with the local field marketing owners across the various programs and ABM activations across India, and support scaled campaigns across APMEA
