About the role
Reports To Lead - GC Data & Insights (GC Shared Services) You are a curious, analytical and delivery-focused professional who enjoys understanding how complex processes work and finding smarter ways to deliver outcomes. You have experience engaging with stakeholders, mapping end-to-end processes, gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
What you'll do
- Engage stakeholders across General Counsel to understand operational needs, challenges and priorities, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
- Map current end-to-end processes, including activities, systems, data, controls, decision points, hand-offs and dependencies
- Lead workshops and interviews to gather, analyse, document and prioritise business requirements
- Identify duplication, bottlenecks, rework, manual intervention, control gaps and inconsistent practices across teams
- Design simplified and standardised future-state processes aligned with objectives, risk requirements and operational controls
