Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing Frontline’s digital visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and conversion through data-driven digital marketing programs. This role owns the execution of the company website, SEO and AI search optimization, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising.

What you'll do

• Analyze website behavior and performance to identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, user experience, and conversion
• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search strategies to improve organic visibility and discoverability
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and search-intent research to guide website and content priorities
• Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, website authority, indexing, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms
• Partner with content owners to improve the search performance of webpages, articles, reports, FAQs, and thought leadership
