About the role
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can do more than execute HR tasks—you’ll help own the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
What you'll do
- Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and orientation through offboarding, ensuring employees have a consistent and positive experience
- Serve as an initial point of contact for employees and leaders with HR questions, provide guidance and determine when matters should be escalated
- Support leave and accommodation processes by conducting initial intake, helping employees understand next steps, coordinating with our leave administration partner
- Triage employee relations and performance management matters, gathering relevant information and partnering with People & Culture leadership on appropriate next steps
- Provide support to managers and employees related to HR policies, processes, documentation, and general employee questions
