About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HRSS Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations from our regional delivery hub. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery while acting as the key operational liaison between the delivery hub and Japan HR stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and service excellence
- Monitor operational performance, manage delivery risks, and drive resolution of issues before they impact stakeholders
- Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japan HR stakeholders, including managers and senior HR leaders
