- Develop and maintain ATF scripts for critical business processes, new features, integrations, and platform upgrades
- Create test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria from functional and technical requirements
- Execute manual and automated functional and regression testing across SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, ITSM, and integrations
- Analyze test results, document and prioritize defects, and coordinate resolution using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Maintain regression suites and update automation coverage as the platform evolves
