About the role
The Technical Documentation Validator is responsible for validating customer-facing procedural documentation for Optical, Software, and Wireless products before publication. This role ensures that documented procedures are technically accurate, executable, complete, and aligned with product functionality.
What you'll do
- Execute and validate documented procedures in lab, test, staging, or production-like environments
- Verify installation, provisioning, configuration, administration, upgrade, migration, and troubleshooting workflows
- Confirm documented outcomes match actual product behavior
- Ensure prerequisites, dependencies, warnings, and validation checkpoints are correctly documented
- Identify and document inaccuracies, omissions, ambiguities, and procedural gaps
