About the role
The Director of Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure that will scale HOME GROWN from ~$20M to $100M+ in revenue.
What you'll do
- Responsible for building and managing the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure that will scale HOME GROWN from ~$20M to $100M+ in revenue
- Reporting to the COO/Integrator, the Director of Supply Chain leads the logistics team, owns the supply chain budget
- Own the demand planning function across all channels and all SKUs (180 today, scaling to 600+ within two years)
- Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts that integrate sales velocity, seasonality, promotional calendars, and channel expansion timelines
- Maintain a stockout rate below 1% across all active SKUs while minimizing overstock and dead inventory
