About the role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Associate Placement Executive to manage placement activities, coordinate with recruiters and students, and ensure successful job placements. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
What you'll do
- Coordinate with students/candidates for placement opportunities
- Connect with companies and recruitment partners for job requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate and employer databases
- Ensure smooth end-to-end placement process
