About the role
The role focuses on researching prospective clients, connecting with decision-makers, pursuing vendor empanelment opportunities, and securing qualified meetings and hiring requirements. FyerX’s management team will support proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
What you'll do
- Research companies with hiring needs and identify suitable corporate clients, IT services companies, consulting firms, and staffing partners
- Identify relevant talent acquisition leaders, HR heads, hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor managers
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, job portals, directories, and referrals
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other professional channels
- Explore vendor empanelment, supplier registration, and subvendor partnership opportunities
