Salesforce Business Analyst (BA)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical execution teams. The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting functional requirements, mapping complex business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical user stories.

What you'll do

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive sponsors to uncover functional needs
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing user stories in collaboration with Project Managers and Solution Architects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Design to-be business processes and map out gap analyses to determine how Salesforce can solve business pain points natively or through customization
• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including writing comprehensive test scripts, coordinating testing with business users, and managing defect triage
