About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU-CRM / Customer Service Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and CRM operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting incidents, and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth business processes.
What you'll do
- Manage daily SAP IS-U CRM/Customer Service operations
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress
- Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling
- Support SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM integrations with other SAP modules and external systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements
