About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead – ServiceNow SAM & HAM with strong expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), software and hardware asset lifecycle processes, platform configuration, and solution delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation and enhancement activities
- Configure and support ServiceNow ITAM capabilities covering software and hardware asset lifecycles
- Manage software asset tracking, license management, reconciliation, and compliance-related processes
- Support hardware asset management processes, including procurement, inventory, allocation, maintenance, and disposal
- Design and optimize asset management workflows and automation
