ServiceNow Developer – ITSM / CSM / FSM

About the role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. The role involves end-to-end ServiceNow development, including service catalogue configuration, workflow automation, scripting, third-party integrations, testing, and application support.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and service catalogues
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
• Work on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies
• Perform requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, and technical estimations
