About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) modules. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and complex enterprise integrations.
What you'll do
- Design and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog)
- Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server Administration
- Configure CMDB and CSDM alignment to ensure data quality, health, and governance
- Implement HAM/HAM Pro lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory management, stockrooms, and audits
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and IntegrationHub workflows
