ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / ITOM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to design, customize, and automate our enterprise service workflows. The ideal candidate will write clean JavaScript, build complex workflows via Flow Designer, configure service mapping patterns, and create robust integration endpoints to streamline IT infrastructure tracking and resolution times.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize core ITSM modules , configuring Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog structures using the native Glide API
• Design and deploy ITOM capabilities , implementing Mid Server configurations, automated Discovery runs, Service Mapping patterns, and Event Management rules
• Write custom programmatic scripts , including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and complex data validation loops using JavaScript
• Build automated orchestration flows within Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to streamline repetitive cross-platform IT requests
• Construct robust integration pipelines via Integration Hub , securely connecting ServiceNow with external cloud infrastructures, deployment pipelines
