About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM Platform Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), platform architecture, and enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating ITAM and ITOM capabilities, and guiding technical implementations across enterprise environments.
What you'll do
- Design and architect ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions based on business and technical requirements
- Define platform architecture, technical design, and implementation approaches for ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM modules
- Guide the configuration and implementation of IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management capabilities
- Design and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structures and related processes
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, infrastructure visibility, and configuration management capabilities
