About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM ITAM Business Analyst with strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate should have experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, understanding IT operations and asset management processes, and supporting ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing IT operations and asset management processes
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
