About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front-ends and ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs
- Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows
- Utilize UI Builder to design and configure mod ern, scalable user interface s
- Implement NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience
