About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Platform SAM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), platform development, configuration, customization, and integration. The consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow SAM solutions to support software asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions
- Support software asset lifecycle management processes within the ServiceNow platform
- Configure software asset tracking, license management, and reconciliation workflows
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform customizations using JavaScript and related scripting capabilities
- Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer to implement business requirements
