About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow SOM Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our ServiceNow delivery team. The role will involve working with senior developers and architects to configure, customize, test, and support SOM solutions based on business requirements.
What you'll do
- Work on ServiceNow SOM / Service Operations Workspace configuration and development
- Configure and customize SOM workspace components based on requirements
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, etc
- Work with Flow Designer and basic ServiceNow integrations
- Support development and configuration of workspace pages, forms, lists, and related UI components
