About the role
We are looking for an experienced US HR Onboarding Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end US employee onboarding operations.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for US W2 employees and C2C consultants
- Coordinate background verification, employment verification, and drug screening
- Manage onboarding trackers, documentation, and employee records
- Lead the onboarding team and monitor SLAs, productivity, and turnaround time
- Prepare onboarding MIS reports and drive process improvements
