Workday Data Conversion / Data Migration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion / Data Migration Specialist to lead the technical extraction, mapping, transformation, and load sequences of legacy records into our Workday platform. The ideal candidate will build automated ETL scripts, manage high-volume data validation loops, and orchestrate iterative loading sweeps to ensure data integrity during enterprise deployments.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimize automated ETL pipelines to extract, clean, and transform legacy HR, payroll, and financial data into Workday-compatible file configurations
• Map intricate source database components directly into standard Workday object structures, ensuring absolute alignment with target data definitions and object hierarchies
• Execute high-volume multi-object staging routines utilizing standard deployment loading utilities, advanced file processing automation
• Build custom validation tracking logs , scripting automated record-count reconciliations and delta checks to pinpoint alignment errors or missing data points before…
